ICE agents shot at a man in the Patterson area of Stanislaus County, California today during a traffic stop. Dashcam video from KCRA 3 shows the ICE agent open fire while standing next to the vehicle, not in front, as the man attempts to drive away.

** UPDATE: Patrick Kolasinksi, a Modesto-based immigration attorney representing Hernandez’s family, said that the man is in stable condition at Doctors Medical Center and that the family denies all allegations that Hernandez was affiliated with gangs.

Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI are also on the scene and reported to be assisting with the investigation.
